Matcha Lava Cake


Matcha lava cake, normally they use chocolate for this cake, but you guys who know me know that i hate most of chocolate, the top of the list is chocolate cake haha im ok with some choco ice cream tho, magnum for the example lol. so how about replace it with matcha ? 

i chek the recipe and here it is all over the internet yessss!!! the power of google :) The key is to use the finest ingredients you can find. Please use real butter, good quality of white chocolate, and matcha powder. Don't forget to preheat your oven before baking.

Ingredients:
  • 100 gr fine white chocolate
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 tbsp cake flour / all purpose flour
  • 1-2 tbsp matcha powder
  • a pinch of salt


Directions:

  • In a bowl melt the white chocolate in double boiler or microwave with 10 seconds repetition until melt
  • Whisk the butter, powdered sugar, and egg
  • Add the white chocolate and the rest of the ingredients into the egg mixture
  • Pour the batter into buttered and floured ramekin or tin
  • Let it sit in freezer for about an hour (it won't freeze the batter) well, if you want to make it in advance chill the batter in fridge before baking
  • Bake in the a pre-heated oven at 200C for about 10 to 15 mins, it depends on how big your mold is
  • Enjoy!
